TOTAL BODY X GLUTE FOCUSED 3 DAY PROGRAM (ALL LEVELS) WTW programs are created to sculpt, burn fat and improve fitness levels. This program consists of 3 sessions a week broken down into a 2 lower body and 1 upper body sessions with an emphasis on glutes. This program is designed for all levels with videos of every exercise from multiple angles and explanations for training techniques explained so you haven’t used methods like drop sets and isometric holds in a workout you can learn and be confident in doing them.
