COMPLETE CIRCUITS 10+ WEEK. Created to sculpt, burn fat and improve fitness levels. This week you’ll perform a series of 3 sessions targeting all major muscle groups, lower body, upper body and core. Keeping heart rate high, maximising calorie burning while building strength and boosting your metabolism. Build lean muscle and enhance cardiovascular health all in one!! The program is broken down into 4 stages, each stage increasing slightly in difficulty through exercise choices, exercise placement and duration.
